Blimp Crashes Catches Fire At US Open

A blimp caught fire and crashed while flying over the US Open today near Erin Hills, Wisconsin. According to WISN-TV in Milwaukee the pilot was transported to a local hospital and his condition is unknown at this time.

Witnesses said they saw what appeared to be someone parachute from the blimp prior to the crash and fire.
