Courtney O’Connor Is This Month’s ‘Hardest Working American In The Quad Cities’

About Courtney O'Connor

Courtney is a hard-working mother of two who truly makes the workplace she is in better for everyone! It was great to get to meet her. She kills it as an Operations Manager.

It was so great to set her up with her own unique prize basket and that $50 gift card to What BBQ.

The Nomination

John nominated Courtney and said,

"I have worked with Courtney for almost 8 years now. About 2 years ago she took on the role of Operations Manager. (That means she handles just about EVERYTHING!) Client Event coordinator, HR, CRM expert, and coaching and business planning. Why am I nominating her? Over the last 2 years, our team has grown from 3 employees to 10, she was very involved in the hiring processes and all the on boarding and training. We built and moved into our new location. - She coordinate this entire endeavor: design, budget coordinating with builders and the move! It was all seamless! I could go on an on of all the "stuff" she does for our team and clients, but what makes her special. Her attitude- always positive! She brings IT - everyday. Her passion that she brings to her career (EVERYDAY) is truly inspiring! Also she is married to Ed, a busy engineer at Russel construction and a wonderful and active mother of two incredible young boys- How she accomplish all that she does--- is not short of amazing. I fully understand you are going to get many awarding nominations. As you think of my nomination please note how Courtney embodies the what strong women can do! (our young ladies our there need to here her story! )
