It's been yet another stormy day in Missouri with severe storms producing tornadoes. One chaser captured video of huge tornado that went through the DeSoto, Missouri Saturday.

According to what Tony Weiss shared on his YouTube share, he was on Highway 21 and Vineland Road looking west at around 7pm when he spotted this big twister.

Here's what appears to be the same tornado, but from a different viewpoint from a Facebook Reel.

I found a preliminary storm report on the National Weather Service in St. Louis site and it says there was minor damage to homes from what they called a "possible tornado". It says this was confirmed by local law enforcement and a survey team trip to the area will be planned. Once that happens, we'll learn the exact strength of this tornado. In case you're not aware, the strength of a tornado isn't based on size, but on the damage it does. Considering there appears to only be minor damage at this point, it will be interesting to see what the final National Weather Service determination is.
