Everything You Need To Know About The Bettendorf Halloween Parade

Halloween weekend is officially here and there is a ton of stuff going on in the Quad Cities for you, your friends, and your family to enjoy.

One of those events includes the 2023 Bettendorf Halloween Parade. The parade will take place Saturday night but there are a few changes to this year's route.

Here's another great way to enjoy your Halloween weekend and collect more candy. The 2023 Bettendorf Halloween Parde.

The parade begins at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28th.

Due to the construction of The Landing, new this year, the parade will begin at the intersection of 18th Street and Spruce Hills Drive. The procession will travel along Spruce Hills Drive, turn right on Middle Road, turn right onto 18th Street, and finish at the Family Museum/Faye’s Field Parking Lot.

From approximately 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm, this route will be closed to all traffic:

Make sure you bundle up because that Artic blast will start to move in on Saturday making things a bit brisk. We'll only see a high of 47° on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service of the Quad Cities.

Biggest Halloween Parade In The Quad Cities

You'll find that in Bettendorf's neighboring town of Davenport.

The Davenport Halloween Parade is this Sunday, Oct. 29th. The parade will begin at 2 p.m. and will start at the intersection of 2nd and Pershing Streets.

Make sure you wear your favorite costumes and bring a candy bucket or bag because there are so many treats that get thrown out by each parade float.

Before the parade kicks off on Sunday, you'll want to make sure you know about road closures whether you're attending or not. This will make sure everyone has a stress-free experience. Below is the City of Davenport's road closure map:

The earliest road closures will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Parking is free in all three parking ramps from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Beginning at 11:30 a.m., the Harrison Street Ramp will not be accessible until the parade is done. The Redstone and RiverCenter Parking Ramps will be accessible from Brady Street only. There is other free parking in several other parking lots south of River Drive as you can see on the map below:
