Another day, another recall, and this time, it's the delightful dish of chicken alfredo.

NBC Chicago reports that the outbreak so far includes 17 people in 13 states and started last July. At least 3 people have died from it, 16 people have landed in the hospital, and it's caused 1 pregnancy loss.

The U.S. Agriculture Department said that a test of chicken fettuccine alfredo in March found the same listeria strain that had made people sick.

Besides the case in Illinois, more reports of being sick are rolling in, according to the CDC. If you have any of the products either throw them away or return them where you got them.

Listeria symptoms include fever, muscle aches, headaches, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance, and convulsions.
