Police: Davenport Woman Missing Following A Moline Parade
The Moline Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a woman who recently went missing over the weekend. A 25-year-old woman from Davenport became separated from her family while attending a parade in Moline, Ill. on Saturday, Nov. 2nd.
According to the police report posted to the Moline Police Department's Facebook page on Wednesday, Jazmyne Garcia, a 25-year-old Davenport resident who attended a parade in Moline on Saturday, November 2nd, got separated from her family while in downtown Moline sometime during the parade. The parade that Garcia attended on Saturday in Moline was the Dia de los Muertos parade.
Moline Police do know that Jazmyne received medical care late in the evening on Saturday at Unity Point in Rock Island but she has not been seen since she left that facility.
Police describe Jazmyne as a 5'2 female with a tattoo on her left forearm that reads 'Josie' in large print. Jazmyne was last seen wearing a dark colored sweatshirt, unknown colored sweatpants and possibly did not have any shoes on.
Moline Police ask that if anyone that might have information on Jazmyne's location please contact them via social media, contact her family if you know them, or call the police in the city where she is, so an officer can check on her and assess her needs.
Officials with the Moline Police Department say, "We do not believe foul play is involved. We want to reunite Jazmyne with her family."
