Next weekend in Davenport, you'll be able to enjoy an afternoon of fine art and food on the river.

Quad City Arts will be hosting the Riverssance Festival of Fine Art. It will be next Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 17th & 18th) at Lindsay Park in the Village of East Davenport.

Riverssance will have over 70 exhibiting artists, a children's art activity tent, food vendors, wine tasting, and live music.

It will be open Saturday 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and on Sunday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Artist awards will include:

  • one Best of Show ($600)
  • ten Merit Awards ($225)
  • one People's Choice Award ($150)

The Harley Award is a prestigious award that Quad City Arts gives to "an individual whose affected the arts and artists in the Quad Cities during their lifetime".

Tickets are $5 per adult per day or $8 for a weekend pass. People 18 and under get in free.

Food

Food vendors at Riverssance include Lagomarcino's, Nerdspeak Brewery, Olathea Creek Vineyard & Winery, Pete's Concessions, Arely's Food Truck, Girl + Food by Cafe Fresh (on Saturday), and Versus Food Truck (on Sunday).
