Manchester police reported that although the victims, a mother, and her 4-year-old daughter, escaped physical harm, the ordeal left them emotionally scarred. The shocking incident occurred on Wednesday.

Eyewitnesses recounted a prior altercation between Studer and the woman, though authorities clarified that they were not acquainted. According to investigators, the woman entered the portable toilet to assist her daughter, only for Studer to maliciously push it over from behind. The structure crashed to the ground with its door facing the pavement.

Bystanders To The Rescue

Quick action from bystanders prevented further catastrophe as they rushed to pick up the portable toilet. The woman and child emerged from the ordeal drenched in feces and bodily fluids.

Heather Hamel of the Manchester Police Department expressed disgust and concern over the incident, emphasizing the trauma inflicted on the victims, especially the young child. "It's disgusting, obviously, the thought of what occurred inside there and traumatizing because she had a young child with her," Hamel stated.

Teen Now Facing Charges

Studer now faces charges including two counts of criminal restraint and criminal mischief, along with a charge of simple assault for allegedly throwing a shoe at a police officer. Despite the severity of the charges, Studer has been released on cash bail.
