The Chicago Cubs are starting to build something great on the north side of town.

The team is winning, and it looks like a fun time to head to Wrigley Field, especially if you like to collect bobbleheads.

I don't collect many things, but I enjoy a good bobblehead.

Interestingly, the connection between baseball and bobbleheads has quite a history.

The first mass promotion of bobbleheads occurred during Major League Baseball's World Series.

The bobbleheads were made of paper mache and imported from Japan.

Since then, they have become a significant collectible for baseball fans and picked up steam in the 60s.

Bobbleheads went out of style in the 70s.

Some 20-30 years later, bobbleheads launched back into popularity after the San Francisco Giants created a unique Willie Mays figurine for a 1999 giveaway.

Bobblehead collecting has been big business ever since.
