• Anytime the Packers or Badgers make a scoring play in the third quarter (touchdown, field goal, or safety) a digital promo code will appear on the team's social media pages.
• You head to Culver's website, enter the promo code, and then you will receive a free medium order of Culver's cheese curds, but you must add another item to your cart online to get the deal.
• Promo codes are only good for 48 hours after the scoring play.

While I couldn't find the answer for this very important question on Culver's website, I did find this from 2023 press release when the promotion first started with the Packers:
