I asked the AI program, which always states that it needed a clear, concise case, to make one for the smartest cities in Iowa.

I asked them to be listed, not in a specific order of rank, and for a short reason why they made the smartest list.

The results: our 13 smartest cities, and a short reason why the AI program felt that city was worthy of this "prestigious" list.
