The Most Popular Toy of the Year Is . . . Butt Face?

Okay… we need to talk about the toy aisle, because apparently we have officially run out of ideas.

One of the toys getting major attention this year is called Butt Face, and its star is a squishy little character named Chester Cheeks. Yes. That is his actual name. And yes, he is pretty much exactly what you're imagining.

Chester is shaped like a giant butt with a face, tiny hands and feet, a little tuft of hair and, for some reason, headphones. Because apparently even a butt needs to be connected to Bluetooth.

But here's where things get even more ridiculous.

Chester FARTS.

Squeeze his cheeks and he makes a variety of fart sounds. Press his head and he starts dancing, wiggling and tooting along to songs. In other words, someone apparently asked, "What if we made a toy that would make parents question every decision they've made?"

And kids LOVE it.

Chester Cheeks has been called one of the hottest toys of 2026, and major retailers including Walmart and Target are carrying him. He's currently selling for around $30, so thankfully, parents don't have to sell a kidney to afford the hottest butt in the toy aisle.

The toy is marketed for kids ages 8 and up, although let's be honest… if there's a fart button involved, somebody's dad is absolutely going to be playing with it too.

Christmas shopping just got weird.
