Discover A New Paranormal Experience At This Now Open Historic Iowa Church
This spooky season, you can spend the night at a new, very old church where they will all know your name. Yes, the people running it will know your name. And so will the spirits that still reside within the Sanctum.
Welcome to the Sanctum of Souls in Buffalo, Iowa
The historic building was constructed in 1869 as an old German Lutheran church that served many people throughout its years. It started as a very small foundation. The owners then added on to the structure in 2005, making the location what it is today.
The building was shut down in early 2025. A new owner recently purchased the building and reached out to the Eternal Paranormal Team because of some strange occurrences happening in the building that the new owner could not explain.
Eternal Paranormal Team at the Sanctum of Souls
The Eternal Paranormal team has been working for the past couple of months to open the building for public and overnight investigations. You'll be able to do both of those soon through the Facebook page or website, coming soon.
The team comes with a warm welcome for everybody, and cannot wait to share the wonderful location. Eternal Paranormal has been investigating this location for the past 2 months and has found a history of who might be roaming the halls of the church. You might be the next one to uncover some history.
As the team uncovers more history, they will be sure to share it on their Facebook page, so keep your eyes peeled and your ears open, and come on out and experience this location for yourself. The team says, "It is very active, and we welcome everybody with good intentions".
