Lodge Hotel Faces Inspection Violations!
One of the QC's cornerstones is getting the hammer after numerous violations were found during a recent inspection.
An inspection of The Lodge Hotel by building and fire officials found more than 450 violations.
These include non-functional smoke detectors in several rooms and electrical damage in rooms on the west side of the building due to water damage.
While some courtesy notices can be addressed at a later date, the bigger issues must be fixed within the next 30 days.
All of this is happening while the hotel is set to undergo a nearly $20 million redevelopment, transforming it into a Double-Tree.
The new hotel is expected to reopen in 2017.
