Road Construction in Bettendorf Starts Today

There's more road construction to tell you about that begins today and lasts through August. The Iowa Department of Transportation will be resurfacing State Street (U.S. 67) between 26th Street in Bettendorf and Valley Drive in Riverdale.

According to the City of Bettendorf's Facebook page, work consists of full-depth concrete patching and hot mix asphalt resurfacing.
One lane of traffic will be maintained in both directions at all times. The majority of the work will be done at night between the hours of 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Do what I do; allow yourself a little extra time and take big deep breaths.
