It's the biggest party of the summer!  And here is your chance to be there for all 6 days of it by winning a pair of Fun Cards to the 2022 Mississippi Valley Fair.

The 2022 Mississippi Valley Fair begins on Tuesday, August 2nd, and will deliver six days of rides, foods, drinks, attractions, and entertainment. Fun Cards for the 2022 Mississippi Valley Fair are $80 until June 15th. After that, they will be priced at $100. A Fun Card will get you into all six days of the fair and into all six grandstand acts.

2022 Mississippi Valley Fair Fun Card and Fair Admission

  • $80.00, until June 15th then $100.00 thereafter. 
  • No individual tickets will be sold for the Grandstand Events
  • Good for one entrance per day to the fairgrounds
  • Good for one entrance per day to all  Grandstand Acts
  • The ticket is punched when you enter the fairgrounds and when you enter the Grandstand
  • A Fun Card is required to enter the Grandstand
  • All seats are general admission – first come / first serve

  • Adult tickets (includes one entrance to the fairgrounds): $10/day
  • Child tickets age 4-12 (includes one entrance to the fairgrounds): $5/day
  • Kids under 3: Free every Fair day.

We've compiled a quick list (by no means comprehensive) of venues in the Quad Cities that are no longer music venues but to us will ALWAYS hold a special place were we saw some great shows and made some incredible memories.

To many of us the live music scene wasn't just a concert here & there. It was an every weekend affair. And it didn't matter if it was a touring band or your buddy's band. We were going to be there with a beer in hand and scream along with guitars that were way too loud in a room that was improperly treated acoustically and make some bad decisions.
