It is currently valued at $1,537,500. According to Zillow, the price has been dropping. There has been a drop of $24,735 in value over the last 30 days.

While this house is huge and beautiful, when it was on the market, its price like many other homes was a bit pricy for my liking, but to be fair even this price is WAY out of my price range.
