Five Guys Will Open in the Quad Cities This Summer

Are we finally going to get a Five Guys burger joint here in the Quad Cities?

According to WQAD, it looks like the answer is YES. The owner of the proposed location of the restaurants, developer Steve Geifman released the news yesterday, Apr.15.

He says the restaurant should open in June, 2021. The restaurant is located just south of Buffalo Wild Wings. If you've driven by that location you know construction there has been going on since about October, 2020. There was also an announcement the restaurant was coming to the Quad Cities last August, but with the pandemic and a general feeling that sometimes plans can change, I wasn't really sure this would happen.

If you've never had a Five Guys burger and fries, you're in for a treat. Those hand cut fries are so good. Can't wait for the grand opening.
