New Dave & Busters Hiring Before Grand Opening In Eastern Iowa

This has been on the wish list for the Quad Cities for quite some time.  So now that Dave & Buster's is preparing to open, they should have no problem finding people to work there.  Or, does the Quad Cities just want to play there?

Dave & Buster's is coming to Davenport soon, and the help wanted sign is up.

If you don't know what Dave & Buster's is, just think of it like Chuck E Cheese, but for adults...and no tickets to get a sweet plastic prize. However, that doesn't really apply anymore cause kids are now allowed to come into Dave & Buster's.

According to the Dave & Buster's website, "Persons under the age of 18 or 21 (varies by location) may only enter the premises with a guardian who is at least 25 years of age. Each guardian may bring no more than 6 underage persons into the premises."

It also says that "Some locations have a strict curfew policy that requires guests under the age of 21 to exit the premises by 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday."

No word on what the Dave & Buster's in Davenport will be, but if they see this, they should make it 21 and make that 11 p.m. curfew happen here.

Games, Food, Sports, and You at Dave & Buster's in Iowa

Dave & Buster's website promotes its extensive food menu while enjoying adult drinks, watching the game, and playing games.  Which, again, are more geared for adults.

The Quad Cities recently lost Analog Arcade.  But we still have the TBK Sports Complex, which is similar, but that is geared towards kids.

OK, if the Davenport location has a 4-person air hockey table, I'm in!

Dave & Buster's Davenport Is Hiring

Dave & Buster's is opening a new location in Davenport at 5248 Elmore Ave.  Right now, store 0203 (That is the store number for Davenport) is only looking for a Restaurant and Operations Manager at a salary range of 52k-61k and a Senior Restaurant and Operations Manager at a range of 57k-67k.

It will take more than two people to run the new Dave & Buster's, so keep an eye out for the now-hiring sign that will need servers, cooks, bartenders, air hockey players...oh wait, that's not one they will need.  That's already covered by this guy.
