The Latest On The Conflict In The Middle East
The news out of the Middle East is changing and updating by the minute. President Trump is weighing his options as Americans are divided on what actions the President and the country should take.

The Rock Island Arsenal Is Implementing New Security Measures
The Rock Island Arsenal is an active U.S. Army installation located on a 946-acre island in the Mississippi River in Rock Island, Illinois. 868 acres of the island are managed by the U.S. Army Garrison RIA. The remaining acres are maintained by the Veterans Administration National Cemetery and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District.
In a post to Facebook, the Arsenal said, "Due to directed enhanced protection procedures, the Davenport Gate will be shut down effective today and the Rock Island Gate will be closed on Sundays."
"Additionally, non-DoD visitors must undergo additional screening procedures at the Moline and Rock Island Gates. Installation workforce and visitors should anticipate longer lines at the gates and plan accordingly."
The Arsenal did not say how long the gate will be closed or how long the increased security measures will last. But for now, expect delays here and more military installations across the country to enforce new protection procedures.
