Local College Needs Your Gently Used Winter Coats

Hamilton Technical College is asking the Quad-City community for winter gear to help those in need. If you have extra, consider donating new or gently used adult winter apparel like coats, hats, mittens, gloves, earmuffs, scarves, etc. If it's a clothing item that shuts out the cold, college reps say they want it.

You can drop off donations to Hamilton Technical College, 1011 E. 53rd St., Davenport. All items collected will be donated to Humility of Mary Shelter.

Donations will be collected through January 23.
