This story begins with a maddening moment that has gone viral where Bruce Williams caught a home run hit by superstar Juan Soto. According to Fox 4 out of Kansas City, Bruce was at the game celebrating his 18th birthday. He brought his glove as he had a hunch that Juan Soto would hit a home run near where he was sitting. He was right. There's a good reason why this moment is trending on Digg and many social media sites today.

The bad news is the unnamed man who stole the ball from Bruce's glove appears to have gotten away. The good news is the Kansas City Royals and Juan Soto took care of the kid as they gave him not one, but two baseballs. The team also gifted Bruce every single bobblehead they're giving away this season.

While the guy who shall from now on be referred to as "loser" got the home run ball, he lost his dignity and Bruce Williams ended up with a viral moment and souvenirs he can share for a lifetime.
