Getting a foul ball at a professional baseball game is one of the thrills of attending such an event.

Zack Hample, a well-renowned baseball collector, has collected over 9,000 baseballs at 50-plus Major League Baseball stadiums, and Hample received some backlash for attending Sunday's game at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

This is the same guy who caught Alex Rodriguez's 3,000th hit last summer, and it took two weeks for Hample to properly return the ball to A-Rod.

I had a chat with QC Veterans Roll Call host Jeno Berta to discuss the game itself on the military base and if what Hample did upsets Berta.

The game was the first professional baseball game played on an active military base and the basis for the game was for miltary men and women to attend the game.

The game was originally intended for military people and family members, but Hample insists he got tickets within moral standards while reports say he tried to pay for tickets.

Later in the week, Hample wrote a blog post explaining his full day at Fort Bragg, and calling more attention to himself.
