The stalled vehicle has been removed and emergency vehicles have cleared on the I-280 bridge heading eastbound. There are no more traffic delays.

For those heading eastbound on I-280 towards Illinois, avoid going over the I-280 bridge as much as possible right now.  A stalled vehicle has caused a massive backup and quite a delay.

The Iowa Department of Transportation is reporting a 9-minute delay heading eastbound on I-280. Westbound into Iowa is a 2-minute delay.
