[WATCH] North Scott Lady Lancers Basketball Hype Video

The North Scott Lady Lancers basketball team will begin the 2019-20 season as the #1 ranked team in Class 4A for the state of Iowa (the highest preseason ranked team I'm Eastern Iowa) and rightfully so.

The Lady Lancers are the defending state champions and return all state basketball players, Grace Boffeli and Presley Case.  Boffeli was a First Team All State selection by the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association, named Class 4A All Tournament Captain, and was named First Team All State by the Des Moines Register.  Case was a 2nd Team selection by the IPSWA.

Last year, North Scott won a thrilling 50-49 state championship victory over Marion, who open the season at #2.

North Scott returns 10 players to the roster from last year's championship team and are looking to add more hardware to the "Case"-- pun intended.

The North Scott Lancer community should have plenty to be excited about this Winter with strong seasons expected from all Winter sports.  But if they needed another reason to get exicted-- North Scott Lady Lancers released their 2019-20 HYPE video and we think it is awesome.
