Wind Chill Advisory for the Quad Cities
Well, that certainly escalated. Last week we were at 50º. This morning we bottomed out at 0º with a wind chill of -15º. Temps will remain in the single digits today with wind chills making it feel like -10º. Here's a link to your Local 4 News Pinpoint Forecast.
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory. What that means in a nutshell is that exposed skin could become frostbitten within 15 minutes.

Roads could also be affected by black ice so slow down and take your time getting where you're going.
