The New York Yankees are out.  The St. Louis Cardinals are in.  Both of those sentences feel so good to write.

The August 13th scheduled "Field of Dreams" Game to be held in Dyersville, Iowa has had a slight change of participating teams.  Originally, the game was scheduled between the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees.  The game was to be aired on Fox with a 7:00 CST first pitch.

According to Bruce Levine of 670 The Score, a source told him that the Cardinals will be replacing the Yankees due to the fact that the Yankees will not be scheduled to play the Chicago White Sox this season- due to a limited schedule, travel, and desire by MLB to have teams play more regionally located teams.  The White Sox and Cardinals are in the Central Division of the leagues.
